What’s the commitment look like for this program? Do I need any special equipment?
This is an all-inclusive, high vibe, high access, small-group coaching program with me that was created for BUSY MOMS like us who are wanting to put the focus back on ourselves during the summer months while also spending time with the family!
We will address several KEY areas in your life like your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care habits that are keeping you from feeling your best this summer and prioritizing you! We'll work together to establish a manageable routine and simple strategies you can implement right away to experience radical changes physically, mentally, and emotionally. ...because you deserve to be cared for too!
I do want you to realize though that this program DOES require a commitment on your part. You have to be ready, wanting, and willing to make a change for yourself and finally make this happen for you. Yes...life gets busy when raising a family, but you have to realize that if you finally want to feel your best as a mom then you have to commit to making yourself a priority!
There will be fully customized workouts included that are 30 minutes or less and to be done 3-4 times per week. I recommend that you invest in a small amount of equipment: few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball.
Will the workouts be safe for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, or if I am healing an abdominal separation?
Absolutely! As I mentioned above, I specialize in core and pelvic floor health and have worked with many moms who are dealing with these exact same issues! There will be options available in the workouts that take into account these core and pelvic floor issues,
Of course, prolapse is so individual so you should check with your physical therapist to ensure they’re safe for your specific grade and situation.

Will I be required to count calories, track macros, or follow a rigid meal plan during the 8 weeks?
Not at all! A big part of this program is teaching you food freedom and learning how to be more mindful of your food choices. We will talk about how to structure your meals and snacks, so that you're eating a more balanced diet, getting in quality foods, and refueling your body the right way. We'll also cover portion sizes and serving sizes that don't require calorie counting, points or macro tracking or trying to fit into a rigid and boring meal plan. I want you to be able to eat healthily and also feel NO guilt for enjoying the occasional treat summertime treat as well!
